The 2014 CSXTHS rail fanning weekend was held in Pikeville KY from June 6-8.
The tour included the CSXT Coal Run Yard; exploring the Big Sandy / Clinchfield line from Pikeville KY to Haysi VA; and exploring the CSXT line from Martin KY to Deane KY.
Cincinnati saw service by the CSX fallen flag railroads, Chesapeake & Ohio, Baltimore & Ohio, Louisville & Nashville and New York Central. CSX remains a major player in the Cincinnati rail scene.
