CSX to close track to United Coal Loadout in Letcher Country KY.
CSX better pull those empty hopper cars before the track gets any worse. The former Golden Oak Mining NW-2 and SW-7 are still parked on site. Even though on the former L&N, former C&O crews from Martin Yard could work this mine. No rail traffic over this line since 2013. Taken 11-05-2015.
